| | 药学大专毕业论文［摘 要］ 目的药学大专毕业论文：分析水银柱血压计在计量检定中的药学大专毕业论文常见故障和维修方法，为更好的维修保养水银柱血压计提供借鉴。 方法：统计与分析2006年度重庆市计量质量检测研究院对我院156台水银柱式血压计的检定报告和设备维修科的维修记录。 结果：虽然水银柱式血压计合格率高达98.72%，但是一次性通过检定合格率并不高，只有66.03%，其中需维修后合格的比例占总计量检定台数的32.69%。在维修过程中，又以玻璃管内壁有污物最多，占总计量检定台数的15.38%，其他的故障占17.31%。结论：加强水银柱血压计的日常维护保养，熟练掌握其维修检测技术，是保障水银柱血压计计量准确度的关键。

The Maintenance of the Sphygmomanometer Affecting Its Certified Rate in the Metrological Measurement
Abstract：Objective By analyzing the common failures and their repair to give more reference to the maintenance of the mercurial sphygmomanometer.Methods Analyzing the statistic of the maintenance records preserved in equipment department and the measure reports of 156 mercurial sphygmomanometer of ourhospital granted by Chongqing Academy of Metrology and Quality Inspection. Results Though the ultimate certified sphygmomanometer rate is 98.72%, the rate of oneoff certified sphygmomanometer is 66.03%, and about 32.69% sphygmomanometer need repaired before up to grade.In the sphygmomanometer repaired, the rate of the glass tubes conta minated is 15.38%, and the other failures rate is 17.31%.Conclusion The key to keep the accuracy of the measurement of the sphygmomanometer is to improve the maintenance of the sphygmomanometer and advance its repair and test technology.

血液在血管内流动对血管壁产生的压力，称为血压。血压是人体的重要生命体征之一，在临床上具有十分重要的意义。血压计是测量血流压力的器械，按检测方式分类大体上可分为三类：即水银柱式血压计、气压表式血压计和电子式血压计，其中以水银柱式血压计测量的准确性和稳定性最高。因此目前水银柱式血压计仍然是医院门诊和病房主要采用的血压测量仪器，是医院设备计量工作的重点之一。根据《中华人民共和国计量法》，血压计被列入《中华人民共和国强制检定的工作计量器具目录》，属于强制检定计量器具，必须定期检定，检定周期为1 a。由于水银柱式血压计数量大、使用频率高，在其定期计量检定的工作中存在许多问题，因此本文通过统计与分析2006年度水银柱式血压计检定报告和维修记录，以明确今后水银柱式血压计维护和计量工作的重点，加强其管理。
