摘 要： 金融 供应链强调供应链的证券金融 论文下载资金流与物流、信息流的证券金融 论文下载整合与协调，是供应链管理的一个新的 研究 视角。本文以提高供应链中资金流、物流与信息流的协调性为目标，拟构建以第三方物流 企业 为主导的金融供应链风险防范机制，以期为提升供应链管理水平提供借鉴。

Abstract: As the new research area in supply chain management, financial supply chain focuses that cash flow should correspond with information and logistic. Due to the goal, this paper establishes the guarding risk mechanism in financial supply chain. It is hoped that what the author presented in this paper will stimulate the development of supply chain management in China.
