摘 要：物业管理是房地产市场发展到一定阶段的工商管理 教育论文下载产物。随着我国住房制度改革的工商管理 教育论文下载深入，住房私有化程度大幅增加，伴随这一过程，物业管理作为一种新的公共服务模式得以迅速发展起来。由于物业管理横跨流通与消费领域，涉及的法律关系比较复杂，且我国尚未出台一部统一的物业管理法。本文针对我国物业管理企业在物业管理市场运作中存在的一些基本法律问题，从研究物业管理企业及其相关的概念如手，重点分析了物业管理企业物业管理权的来源、管理范围，以及在物业管理中存在的一些法律问题，提出了相应见解。
