| 对国有资产管理与监督的法律问题研究

摘要：近年来,我国国有资产流失现象十分严重,如何遏制国有资产流失,已成为社会关注的工商管理 评职论文热点。本文从剖析我国国有资产管理中存在的工商管理 评职论文问题入手,指出我国国有资产管理体系不科学、资产评估制度不健全、收益环节管理薄弱及立法和执法不完善是造成国有资产大量流失的主要原因。针对这些问题,并结合我国实际,文章着重阐述了加强国有资产管理和监督的相应法律措施。
