【摘要】民营经济作为社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度的工商管理的毕业论文重要组成成分，在国民经济发展中成为一支不可忽视的工商管理的毕业论文力量。然而由于长期以来民营企业由于企业自身、政府政策和社会金融环境等方面的原因，融资成为制约其发展的最大瓶颈。本文从民营企业本身、政府政策以及社会环境三方面入手，探讨了融资的现状、原因以及对策。
