| | 【摘要】中国仍然处于市场经济发展的工商管理 评职论文初期,经理人的工商管理 评职论文创业市场依然存在较大的空间。市场发育不足给经理人背叛提供了空间和条件,法律不健全使雇主实施惩罚策略缺乏充分的外部制度的支持。最根本的原因是企业内部治理机制的不健全给职业经理人提供了利用市场条件和法律缺陷的机会。雇主的诚信不足也造成了经理人的诚信恶化。对待经理人背叛,需要建立和恢复雇主的自我诚信,规范企业财务制度,履行对社会和员工的承诺,在注重激励和诚信的同时也要完善企业内部治理机制,最终通过企业的努力和外部环境的完善,形成新的纳什均衡。 【关键词】博弈背叛纳什均衡 【Abstract】The problem confronting the Chinese enterprises has its own uniqueness.
