【摘要】以信息技术和信息资源的工商管理实习论文广泛应用为基础的工商管理实习论文企业信息化正改变着传统的企业管理组织模式。本文首先明确了信息化企业的范围,并阐述了信息技术的发展对企业组织结构的影响；接着归纳了信息化企业组织结构的基本特征；最后探讨了信息化企业组织结构的新模式,并指出了信息化企业组织结构变革应注意的几个问题。
