| 浅谈Rappaport模型在企业价值评估中的运用（上）

【摘要】随着我国经济的工商管理日益发展、投资者理财观念的工商管理升级、并购交易的频繁，在企业并购过程中，并购者对于正确评估企业价值的需求越来越强烈。本文正是试图通过对案例进行分析，对著名的Rappaport模型在企业价值评估中的运用进行研究，探寻该模型的可行性，并希望能提出建议，使之更适合我国市场的需要。
本文的研究结论对于正确评估企业价值，有着很好的借鉴和参考价值，以此不同程度的满足市场上各参与者的需求。
