| 国有企业非正式员工的激励研究
| | 摘 要
非正式员工在当今这个社会发展中的毕业论文出现成为必然，这一群体的毕业论文比例也在不断扩大，发挥的作用也越来越大，然而，他们很少受到企业的关注，也没有针对他们的有效的激励方式，本文先从非正式员工出现的原因及其概念界定作以阐述，通过对国内外相关激励理论的探讨，分析了当前我国国有企业对非正式员工激励的现状及其原因，最终结合非正式员工的自身特点，提出国有企业非正式员工的激励方式和途径，并在此基础上提炼出非正式员工的激励与正式员工的激励的区别。
