| | 地理教师论文【摘 要】 本文通过研究桂林市土地管理的地理教师论文现状、业务流程、公文流转、基础数据库建设等内容，在多源数据库和多个系统应用成果的地理教师论文基础上，通过采用元数据库和信息服务共享与交换体系的方法和现有OA系统进行集成，详细探讨了国土资源政务业务一体化信息系统的解决方案、开发手段、关键技术和应用成果。首次提出流程化三段式集中制作模式进行应用。实践证明，这种集成方法先进、合理、快速的优点，取得了较好的经济效益和技术成果。

【Abstract】 This paper is on the basis of fully analyzing the Guilin land manageable situation，business process，OA andland database through investigating，On the foundation that the many source databases and several systems applies the result，pass to adopt a mete database and information serve the share and exchange system of method and existing system of OA carry on together.researches land informationsystem application onbuildingLandAdministrative and Business which is on the face ofthe methods，key technology and application result，three steps applying mode is provided firstly.Practice the certificate，this kind of gather method is forerunner，reasonable，fast advantage，obtained to a good of economic performance and technique result.

土地部门建立以来，取得了令人瞩目的成就。尤其是近年来，随着人口的增长和社会经济的发展，土地部门的业务工作及范围不断扩大：完成了城镇国有土地登记发证及地籍调查[1]、土地利用总体规划编制、基本农田保护规划编制及保护区划定、城镇土地定级估价，此外，还完成了大量的建设项目用地审批、土地违法案件及土地纠纷的查处，新一轮土地利用现状调查及变更调查等许多基础性技术工作，为土地工作的科学化管理积累了大量的资料和丰富的经验，如何充分利用现有资料来管理有限的土地资源和土地资产、提高工作效率的问题已迫在眉睫。显然，借助现代化的地理信息系统、计算机网络技术以及其他最新的科技成果来完成土地管理的各项任务，建立土地信息系统是必由之路.原桂林土地局适时地提出了建立桂林土地信息系统（以下称GLLIS）。土地信息系统是科学管理土地的最高形式，亦是土地管理现代化的标志，对当前和今后的土地管理工作都有深远的战略意义。
